Our Guarantee: Molly's Bird Toys wants you be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  If for any reason you determine that you are not happy with our products, simply return the unused item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt, for a prompt and cheerful refund.  As we always say, "If your not happy, we're not happy."  When returning items, the customer will be responsible for shipping. Because the health and safety of your bird is our top priority, we will not resell returned merchandise.  Such items carry the potential of spreading bacteria, viruses, or germs that can be extremely harmful to your bird.
